LESSON BUNDLES AND GROUP LESSONS

Lesson fees vary depending on the currency, the student’s location, and whether the lesson is online or in person. Bespoke lesson packages are often proposed to suit each student. However, the following lesson bundles are always available for all lessons:

● 5% discount when purchasing a package of 10 lessons (60 or 90 minutes) in advance.

For group lessons, there is a surcharge for each additional student. This is calculated based on the original lesson fee. For lessons outside the city of Zürich (Zone 110), a travel fee may be added to the lesson price depending on the location.

PRE-PURCHASED LESSONS

Pre-purchased lessons are valid for 6 months. There is no minimum number of lessons required per month. Students may take breaks and pause lessons at any time, provided they inform the teacher in advance. However, after a longer break, the same time slot may no longer be available.

PAYMENT

Payment is accepted via bank transfer and is due within 10 days of receiving the invoice. Please note that there are no refunds for unused or cancelled lessons.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation notice must be given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time to be eligible for a make-up lesson. This includes messages sent via WhatsApp or email. The teacher will always propose an alternative make-up date, to be scheduled within 7 to 10 days.

○ Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be fully charged, unless an exception is granted (e.g. emergency, illness).

2. No-shows or failure to provide notice within 24 hours will be considered forfeited lessons. A make-up lesson may be offered at the teacher’s discretion.

3. There are no refunds for unused or cancelled lessons.4. If you decide to stop taking lessons altogether, please provide notice of two remaining lessons.

MAKE-UP LESSONS

1. Lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a make-up lesson, scheduled at a mutually convenient time. Make-up lessons are not skipped or added at the end of a set of lessons.

2. Make-up lessons usually take place on an alternate day within the same week. In some cases, they may be scheduled before or after a regular lesson, resulting in a longer session.

3. Make-up lessons not used within 10 days will be considered forfeited.

WHEN THE TEACHER CANCELS

If the teacher cancels a lesson, a make-up lesson will be offered. If a suitable time is not available, the lesson will not be charged.

HOLIDAYS / SCHOOL BREAKS

Exceptions will be made for public holidays, personal holiday breaks, Christmas, Easter, religious, and statutory holidays. These weeks will be skipped in any lesson bundle. Please notify the teacher as soon as possible if you will miss a lesson due to any of the above breaks.
